It’s been a bumpy road thus far for Ste. Genevieve Brewery, so we brewed Br’Ale (get it?).
Br’Ale is a traditional English Brown Ale, one of Micah’s favorite styles of beer.
As with the Ground-Up IPA, we’re taking this standard beer and combining it to make another type of food. This time… Beer batter!!! What’s more English than Fish and Chips with an English Brown Ale beer batter!?! If it’s really good, we’ll have to put it in our back pocket to see how this can be tasted by a wider audience.
