One week for pumpkin beer!!

While I’m sure a longer time in bottle conditioning will benefit the beer, I just can’t wait any longer!!!

It will have been in bottles for 3 weeks this coming Friday, and I’m going to pop one open.

Meanwhile, the Christmas Saison sits patiently in Secondary Fermentation.

    Well, so I wrote that it’ll be ready in a week, but the Pumpkin Pie Spice beer page says it will be ready on the 27th.

    Which is it? I won’t let anyone else try it before the 26th (tasting among friends), but Julie and I are going to test it out on the 23rd.

    So, it’s both. :D
